Situated in the heart of leafy Glen Iris, Gardiner Parade has been designed with its location in mind. Each high-end townhouse conveys luxury and high-end living, with its well thought out internal floorplan and striking exteriors.
 

To respect the existing streetscape pattern, a key priority for the design was to appear as a series of three separate forms, as opposed to one dominant structure. The stepping of the building along the western boundary not only embraces and encompasses the existing trees but reflects the natural land contours and softens the structure.
 

Each dwelling shares a common main architectural element to the façade while commanding its own individuality in both floor plan and features. The design ensures that natural light penetrates throughout the residence while functional living is ensured.
