The physical constraints of an undersized block required a design which optimised the area to the best of its ability. The two-story extension gracefully projects from the original residence, whilst not overpowering the charming original features of the dwelling.
We were able to turn the original confined spaces into a bright open living area and provide two additional bedrooms with ensuite and walk in robe. This project is a notable example of prioritising and maximising space efficiency in an extension for a smaller residence, but still creating a home large enough for a family.
