Charlie’s House, Glen Iris

With a growing family, the client required a second wing to their charming weatherboard home. The original pitched roof structure is emulated and brought to the 21st Century with two striking pitched roofs merging not only with each other but to the original home. 

The first story provides a secluded kids retreat; inclusive of bedrooms and second lounge and bathroom, while the ground floor combines the dining and lounge areas to create a generous open plan space.
